Tech-Ed structures and delivers technology education programs focused on practical skills, systems thinking, and real-world application.
CSI – Principios de Arduino is a structured 12-workshop program delivered within the CSI (Cuerpo de Solidaridad Informatica) initiative of the Ministry of Education. It introduces students to electronics, microcontrollers, and programming through hands-on learning and structured evaluation.
Program Format:
-Video Lessons
-Supplementary materials
-Quiz-based evaluation
Each workshop follows a consistent structure designed to ensure scalability, engagement and measurable learning outcomes.
Core Metrics:
Initial execution data from Workshop 0 demonstrates strong participation, scalability, and measurable engagement.
System and Execution:
• Students reached: 350+
• Quiz submissions: 180–200
• Average score: 3.5 / 4
• Progress: 1 / 12 work-shops
• Real-time platform scaling (250 → 350+ students)
• Live deployment with real-time issue resolution
• Structured data collection through quizzes and tracking
This data- driven structure enables continuous improvement and scalable program expansion.
The first workshop was successfully launched with over 350 students.
When platform limitations restricted access, a second classroom was deployed in real time, ensuring uninterrupted participation and full program delivery.
The program is now transitioning to scalable infrastructure designed to support continued growth while maintaining structured learning and measurable outcomes.
Tech-Ed is led by Daniel Abadi, who designed and implemented the CSI workshop program in collaboration with Panama’s Ministry of Education.
He is the instructor and oversees program structure, content development, and execution, ensuring consistency across all workshops and alignment with measurable learning outcomes. His work focuses on building scalable education systems that expand access to technology and engineering learning.
